Shekinah Room – Event Rental Overview

  Charming, intimate ballroom featuring a glass chandelier, elevated stage, and flexible seating.   Capacity - Banquet Style: 115 guests  
 Included Amenities - Tables: 60" round & 6-ft rectangular  
- Sound system with (2) microphones  
- (3) 55" TVs/monitors  
- Kitchen (storage & prep only for banquet style rentals)
Rental Duration & Pricing - Base Rental: 4 hours – $850

 - Balance Due Date Full balance due 14 days prior to scheduled event

Main Auditorium - Rental Overview

A spacious venue ideal for large-scale gatherings, services, and celebrations. 

Features include a full stage with lighting, five TV/monitors, and a large LED board* for dynamic presentations. Perfect for conferences, worship events, ceremonies, and more.

Up to 510 guests in auditorium-style arrangement

Audio/Visual Services Exclusively by venue staff at $25/hr. per technician
(Paid through rental agreement)

Rental Time & Pricing

 5 hour base rental: $2,500 (includes setup & breakdown)  
- Additional hours: $250/hr.

Booking Deposit*:

$500 (Required to secure date, refundable within 48 hours applied toward rental fee)

Damage Deposit**

$500 (Refundable; due 30 days prior to event)

Remaining Balance Due

Rental / Booking Deposits explained – $100/$250/$500

This deposit is required upfront to officially reserve your event date in the Foyer/Shekinah Room/Main Auditorium of the Household of Faith Event Center. It serves as confirmation that you intend to use the space and locks in your requested time on the calendar.

 What It Does:

  • Secures your date and holds the venue for your event
  • Applies directly toward your rental fee—this is not an extra charge, just a partial prepayment

 Refund Policy:

  • If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of making the deposit, you are eligible for a full refund
  • Deposits count toward your final rental balance if you continue/complete  the booking. 

Booking Deposits are  Non-Refundable After 48 Hours, 

Once a booking deposit is made to secure your event date at the Household of Faith Event Center, you have a 48-hour window to cancel and receive a full refund—no questions asked.

However, if you do not cancel within that 48-hour timeframe, the following applies:

 Non-Refundable Status

  • After the 48-hour grace period, the deposit becomes non-refundable. This means it cannot be returned, even if you cancel your event.

Still Counted Toward Rental Fee

  • If you proceed with the event, the full deposit is credited toward your total rental cost.
  • For example, if your base rental fee is $1,500, and you’ve paid the $500 deposit, your remaining balance would be $1000 (plus any applicable additional charges).

Damage Deposit explained – $100/$250/$500

The damage deposit is a refundable payment intended to protect the venue against any potential damages or excessive cleaning requirements resulting from the event. It ensures accountability and maintains the integrity and readiness of the facility for future use.

Due Date:

  • Must be paid 14/30 days prior to the scheduled event.
  • Timely payment is necessary to avoid disruption in your booking agreement.

 Refund Policy:

  • After your event, the venue staff will inspect the premises for damage, cleanliness, and proper use of space and equipment.
  • If no issues are found, your $100/$250/$500 deposit will be returned within 3 business days of the event’s completion.

⚠️ Conditions That May Affect Refund:

  • Physical damage to property (furniture, fixtures, stage, AV equipment)
  • Misuse of facilities (excessive mess in kitchen, unauthorized access)
  • Delayed checkout or extended use without approval
  • Violation of rental agreement policies
